You may request a return or refund within 90 days of delivery, for any reason. Items should include their original accessories (host unit, remote, cables, extension pad); normal signs of use are fine — the guarantee exists so you can actually try the product.
How to start a return
Email info@reliefmaven.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we’ll send you instructions within 1 business day. Please wait for return authorization before shipping anything back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. It may take a few additional days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
